Disgusting display in Chandigharh mayor election 2024
Only 36 votes including one of cooker MP members was on to be counted. Still over smart cat n mouse game played! Presiding officer on cctv camera+ People watching from front could mannage some alteration to disqualify 8 votes and alter the result. This is a bad thing to happen in a Democratic high value country like ours. The worst was now Decision challenged in high court and even reached Supreme Court ! This itself is so disgusting. It took 2 days to resolve matter un satisfactorily !!! Top judge scolded the election officer and partially heard his explanation and rule the result eleminating further chaos. BJP, AAP, CONG took political shoots and all become more exposed.
